Q: Who are we?
A: Jinxi Cotton Textile Co., Ltd, established in Wenzhou in 2000, is a professional cotton textile technology company engaged in the whole-process production of recycled cotton yarn and yarn derivatives.
Q: What can you buy from us?
A: Cotton yarn,cotton polyester yarn,hand weaving ,hand knitting,circular knitting,weaving(wrap&weft) etc.
Q: The advantage of our products?
A: We are committed to researching and developing yarns of various colors. Our color richness ranks at the top in the industry, and we have independently developed more than 200 colors.
Q: Can you do customized color except your color card ?
A: Yes, we can customize the color per your requirement. But reference sample from your part is needed.
Q: What is your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
A: 1000kg for Normal Color, 4000kg forcustomized color .
Q: How can I get the sample?
A: JinXi provide FREE SAMPLE for your evaluation. We need to know specification of the yarn you need, and the quantity of each item. Standard sample will be free, but you may pay the delivery cost.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: For stock items, we can ship immediately after PO. For customized colors,the goods can be ready within 7-10 days after sample confirmed and deposit paid.
Q: How many tons of yarn load in one container?
A: Usually one 40HQ container load about 22tons-25tons of yarn. 20GP can load 9 tons. It's based on net weight.
Q: How about term of payment?
A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, the balance 70% against B/L copy; L/C at sight.
Q: How do you control quality?
A: We have an experienced QC team. Apply with TQM during producing process to ensure the yarn quality.
